Privacy policy

In short: we keep only what we need to run the competition, we show only your codename in public, we don't sell data and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Email address, when you join the waitlist or sign in.
- Your MT5 account number and how you joined (new client or IB transfer).
- Competition data from FP Trading for your account: deposits, balance, trades and lots, used only to check the entry rules and rank the competition.
- Your arena codename, trading style and the date you entered.
- Technical data: your IP address when you request a sign-in code (to stop abuse), and basic server logs.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and send you competition emails (sign-in codes, status updates, results).
- To confirm with FP Trading that your account is under SIX ARENA, and to run fair rankings.
- To pay prizes through FP Trading and prevent multiple entries or abuse.
Who we share it with
- FP Trading, our partner broker, to confirm accounts and credit prizes.
- Service providers that run the platform for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). They process data only on our instructions.
We never sell your data. Public pages show only your codename and competition results.
Cookies and storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a sign-in session so you stay logged in to the trader area.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until registration opens and you've had the chance to sign up, or until you ask us to delete them. Account and competition data for as long as you take part, and results records afterwards for prize and dispute purposes.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by writing to hello@sixarena.live. To stop waitlist emails, reply STOP.
